Segmental Saw TTI Brand segments are manufactured from AISI M-2 or AISI M-35 high speed steel plates as per customer's requirements. Hardness is maintained at 62-64 HRC at the cutting zone and 35-40 HRC at the riveting zone. Saw plates (Disc) are manufactured from spring steel plates, heat treated to desired degree of toughness and tensile strength. All metrological, mechanical and metallurgical parameters are controlled as per specification for durable performance.
